Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Assurance Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This role demands expertise in manual and automated testing, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to identify root causes of defects.
  • Create and maintain test documentation.
  • Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites.
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
  • Track and report bugs using JIRA/Trello; manage testing cycles with TestRail or similar tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Proficiency with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
