Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Professional to oversee payroll operations for a large workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for 5000+ employees across multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Calculate and deduct applicable taxes, statutory contributions, and other deductions.
  • File statutory returns and maintain compliance with government regulations.
  • Utilize payroll software for processing and reporting, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments, addressing payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Provide pay-related documents, educate employees on payroll policies, and work closely with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in India payroll administration, preferably in large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience managing payroll for 5000+ employees is highly desirable.
  • Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP) is a plus.
