Role: Senior Accounting Manager

This role requires hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll management and operations supervision. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Australian accounting, payroll and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
  • Process payroll for Australian employees, including Superannuation and PAYG, in compliance with regulations
  • Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, Superannuation and other statutory reports as per ATO requirements
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure timely submission of compliance documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping, payroll and accounting operations
  • Proven experience in team leadership with the ability to guide and mentor staff
  • Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of BAS, PAYG, Superannuation, Fair Work and ATO compliance
