Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our payroll operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting timesheet data and payroll information, entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs, calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions and commissions, and preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, with 4-6 years of experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as proficiency with payroll software and documentation and excel skills.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be reliable, honest, and able to work effectively on shift timings. They will also have a strong understanding of multi-country payroll and taxation knowledge.

The role will involve responding to payroll-related inquiries, resolving concerns, performing payroll reconciliations, preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes, and managing year-end activity. The successful candidate will also be required to front-end client queries over the phone and via email.
