Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data migration strategies using Syniti tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data migration strategies using Syniti tools (DSP, ADM, Collect, Construct, etc.).
  • Analyze legacy data and map it to target systems.
  • Develop and execute ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Create and maintain data load programs and migration templates.
  • Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve data issues.
  • Document migration processes and maintain compliance with governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in data migration or ETL projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Syniti Data Migration tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and database management.
  • Experience with SAP or other systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
