We are seeking a highly skilled and experience L2 Application Packaging Engineer to join our

dynamic team. As a key member of our technology organization, you will

be responsible for:

Package and deploy applications using Intune, ensuring proper distribution

and version control - (Win32, MSI, Store apps)

  • Experience in deployment, scripting and developing scripts (PowerShell,

VBScript, etc.) to automate installation processes and configurations.

  • Proficient in MSI/MST packaging formats and software deployment

methodologies

  • Experience in configuring and managing software deployments, updates, and

patch management.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and other Microsoft

enterprise services.

  • Should be aware of the ancillary solutions for Intune such as monitoring tools,

SIEM, Auditing & Reporting tools

  • Intune/SCCM windows & MacOS device enrollment(autopilot) and Device

compliance troubleshooting

  • Microsoft entra ID/ on-prem AD basics ( Computer/OU/Users/Groups/)
  • Windows OS /Patch related issue Troubleshooting
  • Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to

application deployment, configuration issue, etc.) and perform Quality

Assurance focusing on end user experience.

  • Plan and execute upgrades to Intune services and stay current with feature

release.
