Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Manager to spearhead our data-driven initiatives and drive business outcomes through cutting-edge analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of Data Engineers, Analysts, and Scientists to develop and implement strategic data initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Design and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines to ingest and process large datasets effectively.
  • Ensure data quality through proactive checks and address gaps promptly.
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques, including EDA, feature engineering, and machine learning, to derive insights and inform business decisions.
  • Research and apply emerging technologies, such as Large Language Models, to enhance data science capabilities.
  • Document project artifacts, log failures, and exceptions for future reference.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of data science projects on business metrics, informing continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field (CS, statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with Large Language Models, including Llama, T5, Falcon, and Langchain.
  • Familiarity with NLP evolution, training data creation, and fine-tuning.
  • Ability to interpret research papers and architecture diagrams.
  • Comfortable with techniques like LORA, RAG, and Instruct fine-tuning.
  • Predictive modeling experience in Python, with proficiency in Time Series, Multivariable, and Causal models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
