Transformation leaders are pivotal in shaping the future of our organization.

As Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for leading strategic and operational transformation initiatives across various domains. This role demands strong leadership skills to drive process excellence, modernize platforms, and foster innovation within internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess global experience, a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs, and exceptional communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects;
  • Overseeing the identification, prioritization, and delivery of continuous improvement, automation, AI, and data analytics opportunities across internal operations and customer-facing functions;
  • Establishing governance frameworks, execution roadmaps, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes;
  • Fostering a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration;

This position requires:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry, preferably in the P&C domain;
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization;
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, the UK, and Australia;
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools;
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement;
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models;
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills;
