Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer will play a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the end-to-end operations of an Asset Reconstruction Company. This includes streamlining processes, ensuring effective governance, and aligning business functions with the company's strategic objectives.

This individual will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and enhancing the overall operations of the company to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing Asset Reconstruction Company business and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to provide strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.

In addition, the Chief Operating Officer will oversee HR function including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to build a high-performing culture.

The position also involves supervising Finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to Asset Reconstruction Company / NBFC / Banking operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
