Chief Executive Officer Position

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive to lead our manufacturing business in mechanical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define and implement the company's long-term vision and growth roadmap by driving innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
    • Lead product development, identify new domestic and international markets, and expand into them.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations through lean practices and Six Sigma methodology.
    • Implement Industry 4.0 practices to maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Financial & Business Performance
    • Deliver P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts as the CEO owns these key performance indicators.
    • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability through strategic decision-making.
    • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer relationships.
  • People Leadership
    • Build a high-performing executive team that promotes a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
    • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement
    • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making and represent the company in industry events.
    • Establish strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry bodies.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering industries.
    • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle management.
    • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management, with experience in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
    • Demonstrated success in leading teams and making strategic decisions.
    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
