Job Title: Business Head

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the overall solar business operations. As Business Head, you will be responsible for strategizing business plans, identifying market opportunities, driving sales and revenue growth, and managing team performance.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance regulations. The successful candidate will lead initiatives for sustained business development and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Manage operational processes to ensure efficient production, distribution, and delivery of high-quality solar energy products and services
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Skill Sets:
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • In-depth understanding of the solar energy sector, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in project management and operational oversight
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Desirable Traits: Proven experience in business development, sales management, and revenue generation; ability to lead and mentor a team effectively; and accountability for P & L.
