Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our HR efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Labor Relations: Design and execute an overall labor strategy, focusing on employee retention, grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, statutory compliance, and labor policy.
  • Lead or assist regional HR leaders in executing labor strategies and field activities within business units.
  • Organizational Development & Cultural Integration: Drive change management efforts, refine policies, and integrate HR processes with the broader organization.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Ensure strategic manpower planning and effective hiring to support business expansion.
  • Employee Engagement & Capability Enhancement: Foster initiatives to enhance employee experience and implement training programs to bridge current and future skill gaps.
  • Operational Excellence in HR: Establish structured, process-driven HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best-in-class HR practices.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, and HR operations.
  • MBA from a recognized institute with 13-17 years of HR leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Hands-on, execution-focused approach to drive HR transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and passionate about fostering a high-performance work environment.
