West Africa Sales Operations Lead

Our client is a world-renowned two-wheeler manufacturer with a strong global presence. They are seeking an experienced professional to lead their sales operations in the West Africa region.
About the Role:
As a Cluster Sales Manager - West Africa, you will be responsible for managing the sales and business development activities across the region. You will lead a team of distributors and Dealers and develop strategies to drive growth and achieve desired business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cluster distributors and contribute to the creation of annual business plans for each country.
- Ensure sales and after-sales training for Dealers and Distributors.
- Validate and follow brand activations for each country.
- Support communication campaigns to the distributors.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in the West African market, specifically in locations such as Senegal, Mali, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Benin, Togo, Tunisia, Libya, Morocco, and Mauritania.
- 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
- 5 years of experience in two-wheeler sales.
