We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Simulation Engineer to join our team.


Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing full vehicle crash simulations and durability load case simulations.


  • Scope of Work:
  • Fully utilize Finite Element (FE) methods for simulating vehicular crashes and ensuring structural integrity under various loads.


Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Meshing, Module build for Crash &/ Durability, High speed crash analysis &/ Durability analysis.
  • A strong understanding of Body-In-White (BIW) manufacturing processes, including stamping, spot welding, Assembly, Material models, and Physics of Crash &/Durability.
  • Proficiency in using ANSA as a preprocessor, LS Dyna for Crash load case &/ Abacus for Durability evaluation , Animator/Hyper works for postprocessing.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, delivering FE model setups and load case analysis reports independently or with minimal support.
