Job Opportunity

The Accessibility Testing Specialist role is open for a highly skilled professional to conduct thorough accessibility testing on web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities
  • Manual and automated testing will be conducted to identify accessibility issues in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Detailed documentation of accessibility bugs will be provided including clear reproduction steps and recommended solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience working with assistive technologies such as screen readers and other tools to validate compliance with relevant accessibility regulations.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software accessibility testing or a related QA role is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
  • Accessibility certification (IAAP, CPACC, WAS) would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience conducting user testing sessions involving participants with disabilities would also be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with mobile platform accessibility guidelines (iOS, Android) is desirable.
