Access Management Expertise Required

The IAM Access Management Team seeks a highly analytical and self-driven individual to develop and implement multi-year access management processes and controls. This includes User Lifecycle Management and Privileged Access Management for core systems and applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for continually improving IAM practices, participating in activities to identify revisions, and supporting current and future growth of Identity and Access Management tools.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive access management roadmaps.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of access management processes.
  • Identify outstanding issues and gaps in compliance adherence to these processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with organizations on remediation of both acute problems and systemic access control security gaps.
  • Provide routine management reporting on identified access management control failures and remediation steps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-6 years of experience in identity and access management-related roles.
  • Experience with Saviynt, IAG, and IAM ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Audit and Compliance Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
