Role Overview

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team in planning, strategy, development, implementation, operations, and support for IAM processes to secure digital identity and access for all enterprise workforce members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a multi-year roadmap for IAM processes and controls
  • Continually improve IAM practices and participate in activities to identify revisions, including internal measurement practices, security practice reviews, and internal/external audits
  • Support current and future growth of IAM tools and applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in identity and access management-related roles
  • 2-3 years of experience in Saviynt, preferably with Saviynt IGA Certified status
  • Completion of Saviynt L100 and L200 training
  • Detailed understanding of industry best practices for access administration activities, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, automation, role-based access control, privileged access, data classification, and recertification
