Identity and Access Management Analyst

The organization is seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management Analyst to support the development and implementation of enterprise-class identity and access management controls. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement access management processes, including User Lifecycle Management and Privileged Access Management.
  • Assist in the identification and remediation of outstanding issues and gaps in compliance adherence.
  • Provide routine management reporting on identified access management control failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in identity and access management-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices for access administration activities, authorization and authentication protocols, and access governance.
  • Experience working with IAG and highly regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Scripting and/or programming skills in technologies such as PowerShell, SQL, Python, and JSON.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a wide range of cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with standards for SSO technologies such as SAML2, OAuth2.
