Senior Identity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Identity Specialist to help organizations build and maintain robust identity management systems. This individual will play a key role in ensuring secure access to digital resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detailed knowledge of Active Directory, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with access control methods, such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
  • Working experience with identity lifecycle management processes and challenges.
  • Hands-on expertise with cybersecurity tools, specifically in the areas of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR), Microsoft Security, AWS Security, and Red Teaming/AppSec.
  • Experience with identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • PAM expertise or familiarity with specific vendor tools.
  • Able to communicate PAM best practices effectively.
  • Understanding of the principle of least privilege and separation of duties.
  • Experience with REST API and application integration.
  • Expertise in configuring, guiding, or overseeing access review and certification, role management.
  • Past involvement in identity steering committees.
  • Understanding of Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Just-In-Time (JIT) access, and conditional access.
  • Familiarity with US compliance and regulatory frameworks that influence identity requirements.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of working knowledge of one or more Identity-Based Security Solutions, such as Okta, Sailpoint, Delinea, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, etc.
  • Any of the following preferred but not required: Security+, CISSP, any vendor-specific certifications related to Identity products.
  • Willingness to travel for client projects and shadowing opportunities (50% or more of the time).
