Technology Support Engineer Role

As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational stability of our business systems. You will resolve complex incidents and problems across multiple components, create and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement, and develop knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and support secure access solutions across enterprise environments using Zscaler technologies.
  • Architect secure access solutions based on Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles.
  • Define and enforce security policies, URL filtering, data loss prevention (DLP), SSL inspection, and cloud access security broker (CASB) controls within Zscaler.
  • Integrate Zscaler with identity providers for authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and user-based policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Zscaler implementations with business objectives.
  • Conduct performance tuning, log analysis, troubleshooting, and incident response related to Zscaler infrastructure.
Professional Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in network and cloud security, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA and ZPA).
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, secure web gateway (SWG), proxy services, and DNS/HTTP/HTTPS traffic inspection.
  • Expertise in Zscaler administration, policy management, App Connector, Client Connector, and tunnel configurations.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, software-defined wide-area networking (SD-WAN), and integration with security information and event management (SIEM) and endpoint solutions.
