Job Overview

This role involves overseeing and managing service operations for customers in the press part tooling industry. The position requires effective leadership and team management skills to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage service operations to meet customer needs.
    • Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure timely execution.
    • Resolve customer complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
    • Coordinate across departments for seamless service delivery.
    • Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians.
    • Ensure compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols.
    • Maintain service documentation and performance reports.
    • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with sales and R&D teams for customer feedback and product enhancements.
    • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.

About You

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • You possess 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering/Tooling industry.
  • You have strong leadership and team management skills.
  • You excel in troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • You have experience handling audits and regulatory compliance.
  • You are an effective communicator and have excellent customer relationship skills.
