We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of fintech by helping us build a talented team that drives innovation in the industry.

Job Description:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to identify potential candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about talent acquisition processes.
