AdTech Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AdTech Specialist to drive revenue growth by optimizing technology, integrations, and yield strategies in the programmatic ecosystem.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and execute strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels.
    • Analyze inventory performance and recommend structural changes.
    • Lead integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.
    • Drive adoption of advanced AdTech solutions and ensure smooth technical setup, QA, and troubleshooting for all partners.
    • Manage and optimize ad server configurations.
    • Develop scalable solutions for AMP, mWeb, and app monetization.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement new formats and platform improvements.
    • Run controlled experiments to scale successful ones.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
    • Experience with designing and executing strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels.
    • Familiarity with inventory performance analysis and recommendation of structural changes.
    • Ability to lead integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.
    • Knowledge of advanced AdTech solutions and ability to drive adoption.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
