Senior Retail Director

The Head of Retail Operations will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day activities of the retail business. This role involves leading franchise operations, identifying opportunities for expansion, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performing retail team.
This key leadership position requires strong expertise in retail management, franchise relations, property negotiations, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing costs, and improving profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage regional/store managers and retail teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the retail footprint through new store openings and renegotiation of existing leases.
- Maintain operational excellence by implementing policies, SOPs, and compliance standards across all stores.
- Monitor store performance, sales, and profitability to inform data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in franchise management and property acquisition.
- Proven ability in team handling, business expansion, and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
