The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role for a strategic hunter who is passionate about AI and thrives on connecting America's leading enterprises with transformative technology. You will be responsible for building the initial pipeline and establishing our brand with C-level executives, CTOs, CDOs, and AI leaders.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and map key stakeholders within target enterprise accounts in the US market.
  • Outbound Execution: Launch and manage targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) to secure initial meetings with senior decision-makers.
  • Discovery & Qualification: Lead initial discovery calls to understand enterprise pain points, qualify opportunities against our solution framework, and articulate our value proposition.
  • Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and sharing market feedback with our product and strategy teams to shape our future offerings.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

Required:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a Business Development (BDR) or Sales Development (SDR) role, preferably within an enterprise SaaS, Cloud, or AI company.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating qualified opportunities in the US or other international markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, concise messages for a senior executive audience.
  • A self-starter with a relentless drive, intellectual curiosity, and a structured approach to managing your work.
  • MBA/PGDM or any relevant Master's Degree in Marketing.

Bonus Points:

  • A strong interest in and ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts like Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise data infrastructure.
  • Experience using CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • You have successfully prospected into Fortune 500 accounts.
