Job Title: Placement Team Leader

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Placements team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background from a reputed business school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish partnerships with corporate organizations for student placements and internships.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to onboard new corporate partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment between placement opportunities and student skills and curriculum.
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings and communication with corporate partners to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during placements.
  • Prepare and present reports on partnership status and outcomes to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for student placements and internships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed business school, with a specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the placement process and industry requirements.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful placement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
