Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team of attorneys in the JAPAC region, including Australia and Japan. You will be responsible for providing expertise on JAPAC privacy and data protection law, as well as trusted agentics.

  • Lead a high-performing team of attorneys to drive business growth and excellence in JAPAC.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with JAPAC privacy and data protection regulations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer negotiations and agreement drafting.
  • Provide expert guidance on privacy-related questions from customers and prospects.
  • Sell the value proposition of Agent force to customers and partners.
  • Engage with regulators and policymakers to shape JAPAC privacy laws and regulations.
  • Present to customers and prospects on Salesforce, Agent force, and our privacy program.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Possess exceptional leadership qualities, including judgment, vision, and empathy.
  • Minimum 12+ years of combined experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
  • At least 6 years of in-depth experience on JAPAC privacy and data protection issues.
  • Fluent written and verbal English language skills required.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude.
