Client Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Partner. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customer profiles, account plans, and revenue/margin targets by services line at the account level.
  • Navigate accounts to identify opportunities, build internal consensus, and prioritize deals.
  • Anchor client meetings and pursue generated opportunities with pre-sales, partner units, and external partners.
  • Mentor account teams and work closely with delivery leadership to provide developmental feedback.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven hunting and farming experience with CROs and/or Pharma companies.
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.
  • Ability to drive pursuits for large-size proposals and client relationship management.
  • Strong relationships with key client personnel and senior stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of the business environment and norms to spot opportunities and ensure conversion.
  • Managed services and large deal sales skills, particularly in outsourcing and transformation deals.
  • Sales concepts, principles, and guidelines, including deal closure, handling objections, etc.
  • Value articulation principles, including client ROI and storyboarding techniques.
  • Client context and engagement guidelines, including organizational sensitivities.
  • Understanding industry trends, competition nuances, and offerings, sectoral priorities, and relevant regulations.
