Job Opportunity: Production Manager

The role of the Production Manager is to oversee the entire production process, from planning and coordination to execution and quality control. This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in air filtration or related manufacturing industries.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the production floor. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, including design, purchase, and sales departments, to ensure smooth operations.


Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources (manpower, materials, and machinery).
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality, reduce rejection rates, and adhere to industry standards (ISO and others).
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead production teams, monitor staff performance, and provide training as needed to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the air filtration industry (HVAC filters, HEPA/ULPA, industrial dust filters, etc.) is required, along with strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.

You should also have hands-on experience with manufacturing tools, machinery, and ERP systems, as well as familiarity with cleanroom standards and air filter testing (ASHRAE/EN standards). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
