Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

The role of a Soft Skills Trainer is to equip unemployed graduates with essential employability skills, making them suitable for private sector jobs. As part of Dr. Reddy's Foundation's GROW program, you will play a pivotal role in skill development among the youth of India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions as per predefined plans and focus on developing communication skills, soft skills, and other employability skills.
  • Bulk up learners' skills and knowledge across specified subjects, preparing them to tackle employment challenges.
  • Guide learners to confidently face interviews and effectively communicate in professional environments.
  • Conduct assessments during training to gauge learner progress and continuously monitor their growth in various skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to training sessions and participant progress.
  • Engage in center activities such as organizing parent meetings, retention follow-ups, and collecting feedback from learners to enhance training quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in teaching or training, particularly in soft skills, employability, or personality development.
  • Experience working with youth, especially in the context of skill development for employment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in teaching soft skills, leadership skills, public speaking, and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage participants effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital literacy training and knowledge of tools for training and assessment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain training records and data.
