**Job Description**:
Zypher Learning is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs designed to upskill and empower the young generation in the field of digital marketing. You will work closely with our team to develop engaging curriculum content and deliver interactive training sessions that inspire learners to excel in the digital marketing landscape.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing training programs tailored to the needs of the younger generation, covering key areas such as PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, Influencer Marketing and analytics.

2. Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, practical exercises, and assessments, to facilitate effective learning outcomes.

3. Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions through various mediums, including in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, webinars, and online learning platforms.

4. Provide personalized guidance and feedback to learners to support their skill development and career advancement in digital marketing.

5. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and integrate relevant insights into training content and delivery.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training programs based on learner feedback, industry developments, and evolving market demands.

7. Mentor and motivate learners, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.

8. Support marketing efforts to promote training programs and attract prospective learners through content creation, social media engagement, and participation in industry events.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of key concepts, tools, and techniques across various digital channels.

3. Prior experience in training, coaching, or teaching, particularly with young adults or college students, is highly desirable.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

5. Passion for education and a genuine desire to empower the younger generation through skill development and professional growth.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

8. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are advantageous.

9. Familiarity with online learning platforms and virtual classroom technology is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
