About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Partner.

This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales environments and drive results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship-building and account management.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on customer needs and preferences.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Required Expertise
  • Hunting & Farming Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in hunting and farming CROs and/or Pharma companies, including existing relationships with executives within the GCC landscape.
  • Sales Performance:
  • A proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets and exceeding sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Experience in managing and growing a portfolio of over $5-10Mn, reviewing sales plans/pipelines with leadership to ensure target achievement.
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment and norms to spot opportunities and ensure conversion to business as per client needs.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and consultative skills, able to manage in a complex matrix environment.
