Job Opportunity: Project Leadership

The role requires a highly skilled and experienced project leader who can develop international business strategies to address complex challenges. The individual will work on global projects with a focus on India, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice to external and internal clients at a global and regional level.
  • Work on complex and international projects with high relevance for strategy development, digital transformation, implementation, and corporate development.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the success of assigned projects (external and internal).
  • Provide thought leadership for the entire project and its modules.
  • Support business development.
  • Successfully manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide functional guidance and foster the individual development of each team member.
  • Work closely with the client team.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a leading Indian or international business school.
  • Strong academic record along with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Track record in strategy consulting with notable projects in digitalization.
  • Significant consulting and sectoral know-how/experience in Siemens-related industries (e.g. auto, F&B, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, commercial buildings, industrial manufacturing, battery manufacturing) is a plus.
  • Digital transformation, asset performance management, supply chain transformation, Industry 4.0, and sustainability experience will be a plus.
  • International work experience is preferable.
  • Experience working with teams from a technology background.
  • Distinctive entrepreneurial and global mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing team player.
  • Convincing communication skills in English; German, Arabic is a plus.
  • High willingness to learn and develop.
  • Consider working at the customer's site for about 80 percent of working time an exciting challenge.
