Senior Project Leader

As a senior project leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with project stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans, track progress, and meet deadlines
  • Support and promote quality assurance goals for projects by participating in release management cycles, analyzing trends, identifying risks, and implementing corrective measures
  • Coach project teams on Agile methodologies and project management processes, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to continuous process improvement
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget parameters
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Measure project performance using relevant metrics and tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Meet business objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex development projects
  • Promote process improvements through Agile framework adoption in project delivery
  • Work closely with engineering teams from a feature/product development perspective

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, and Quality Assurance methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems
  • Ability to use Agile metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with remote teams is essential
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, organized, and strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or proven working experience in project management
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project leadership
