Internship Role

As an Intern, you will:

  • Assist in Partnership Sourcing: Research and shortlist potential brand partners in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment.
  • Support Outreach & Pitches: Help craft pitch decks, draft outreach emails, and track follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate Deal Logistics: Liaise with internal teams to prepare proposals, agreements, and activation plans.
  • Monitor Campaigns: Gather performance data, compile simple reports, and suggest optimizations.
  • Learn Negotiation Fundamentals: Shadow senior managers during calls and negotiations to understand deal‑making.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of B2B partnerships
  • Proactive team player who can multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Passionate about fashion, glamour, and building brand stories
