AI Research Developer Position

Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled software engineers to contribute to cutting-edge AI research and development projects. As a Full-stack developer, you will collaborate with top US-based companies to design and implement innovative AI solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced AI models using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Evaluate model performance through benchmarking and response ranking.
  • Refine models using high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF) and ensure quality via code reviews and testing.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js/NestJS, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker and excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
