Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and improving machine learning models to support our business goals.

You will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and underwriters to design, implement, and deploy machine learning solutions. Your expertise in machine learning will be critical in helping us drive growth and improve our credit products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop machine learning models to identify good borrowers and automate customer service interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
  • Identify patterns of fraudulent behavior and build models to detect and prevent these behaviors.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building software in a production environment.
  • Excellent software engineering and programming skills, especially Python and SQL.
  • A diverse range of data skills, including experimentation, statistics, and machine learning.
