Business Intelligence Expert

About this Role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Expert, you will be responsible for conducting process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting engagements. You will lead onsite teams and review deliverables from team members. You will interact with clients to understand ongoing project requirements and deliver high-quality client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Strong domain knowledge of business processes and possible risks in Manufacturing, Power, Utilities, and Metal & Mining sectors.
  • Ability to perform, interpret, and identify process gaps and risks.
  • Experience in process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting in non-financial services sectors.
  • Strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced analytical tools.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditors (CISA) certification is an added advantage.
  • Working experience in Big 4/6 firms is also preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
