Revenue Growth Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Head to lead our SAP/IT Staffing and Non-IT Contract Hiring efforts for MNC clients in the Consumption and New Economy Verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize regional revenue through effective delivery management.
  • Acquire new clients in the mid-size MNC segment for IT/ERP staffing, leveraging your expertise in new client development.
  • Lead a team of IT hiring experts and develop their skills to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversight of staffing and recruitment delivery, including end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior level positions.
  • Manage client delivery in IT/SAP staffing and IT recruitment, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in new client development in IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading IT staffing or contract staffing practices.
  • Regional/Business Head experience in IT staffing is preferred.
  • A proven sales professional with a track record of maximizing revenue.
  • Strong academic records are essential.
