Head of Growth and Expansion

We are on the lookout for a strategic leader to spearhead our digital growth story. As a premium FMCG D2C brand, we're scaling our online presence and seeking someone who can optimize ad spends, build a growth engine, and take our brand into every Indian household.

  • Lead Marketplace Growth: Establish and nurture relationships with key digital platforms.
  • Own Performance Marketing: Drive Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ad strategies with a focus on return on ad spend (ROAS), return on investment (ROI), and revenue.
  • Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, run smart promotions, and execute campaigns that drive tangible results.
  • Optimize Everything: Ensure our product listings and conversion funnels consistently win visibility and trust.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform actionable growth plans.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate visibility slots, premium placements, and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
  • Explore New Horizons: Identify opportunities to scale our brand across new platforms, partnerships, and markets.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, e-commerce, or q-commerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling premium FMCG/D2C brands.
  • Ability to balance data-driven decision making with creative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Desire to be part of a movement that combines tradition with modern digital-first growth.
