Job Opportunity

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and growth.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and strategies to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and provide strategic guidance.
  • Implement change management strategies to support project initiatives and promote adoption.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members on agile best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Proficient in agile methodologies and frameworks such as scrum, kanban, or lean.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in change management and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant agile certifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in software development and IT projects with knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
