Senior Architect - Project Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead our project team in delivering high-impact consultancy projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and driving innovative design solutions.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office, with experience in project scheduling tools and MEP drawing review and coordination. A registered architect with the Council of Architecture (COA) is also highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight.
  • Own small to mid-value projects independently — managing design, compliance, and seamless delivery.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure architectural documentation meets client and statutory requirements.
  • Chair interdisciplinary meetings, coordinate teams, set clear project goals, and manage resources to meet strict deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Deep experience preparing and submitting statutory documents to municipal and specialist agencies.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office; experience with project scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated hands-on experience with MEP drawing review, coordination, and quality assurance.
