Technical Project Manager Position

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and report project progress, proactively addressing challenges and dependencies.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies where applicable.
  • Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices in project management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. 6–8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role within technology or IT services.
  3. Strong technical understanding of software development life cycles, system architectures, and integration.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
  5. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  7. Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
  8. PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
