Lead Project Specialist

Job Description:

A senior project leader sought to oversee and drive the success of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, budget optimization, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement effective project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, assess progress, and make informed decisions to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate project updates, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of overall experience in Passenger Car BIW structure and assembly.
  • In-depth knowledge of joining techniques, material selection, FMEA, GD&T, and stack-up analysis.
  • Expertise in Teamcenter software and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of DFM and DFA principles for BIW components.
  • Familiarity with prototyping activities and build processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
