About the Role:

  • Support the Compliance Testing Manager in scoping and executing the Annual Compliance Testing program.
  • Contribute to the timely execution of Americas Compliance Testing reviews of business activities in accordance with Global Compliance Testing Manual methodology.
  • Track and complete outstanding Compliance Testing actions.
  • Participate in Compliance, Compliance Testing, and business meetings, representing Compliance Testing as needed.
  • Liaise between Business Compliance Officers, Compliance Testing, and BNY businesses.
  • Contribute to assigned ad hoc Compliance/Compliance Testing related projects.

About You:

  • A graduate degree or higher, with professional qualifications such as CPA, Chartered Accountant, CIA, FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, or Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) IOC exams.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Compliance, testing, and/or audit roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment.
  • Excellent computer and MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Focused attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
