Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Legal Professional with experience in the real estate industry.

The role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company's legal interests across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts (clients, vendors, partners).
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Identify and resolve risks or disputes effectively.
  • Protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks.
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making.
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation/specialized matters.
  • Maintain organized legal records and draft standardized policies.
  • Prepare and send legal notices when required.
Requirements

A strong background in contract law, company law & IP laws is essential. Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills, analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are also necessary.

An LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution and 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design, exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws & commercial contracts are expected.
