Energy Storage Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Energy Storage Systems Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with central PCS or BESS products. A self-motivated mindset and ability to plan in ambiguous situations are essential for this role. English is the primary working language.

The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, providing training and support to ensure seamless operation of energy storage systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete product on-site technical support and remote technical support work, supporting product debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  • Responsible for on-site troubleshooting and guiding customers to handle simple faults by themselves.
  • Manage on-site spare parts, tracking, and management to ensure normal operation.
  • Maintain customer relationships, communicate regularly with customers, organize, and provide feedback on customer opinions.
  • Learn the working principle of Hopewind's PCS/BESS products, familiarize yourself with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide training to on-site customers.
  • Comply with departmental rules and report work on time.

Requirements:

  • English as the primary working language
  • A self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations and biased towards action
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS
  • Location preference in Rajasthan
