Business Operations Manager

The role of Executive is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As an Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing teams, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Invoice Processing: You will be responsible for processing all invoices received from clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
- Month-End Responsibilities: At month-end, you will need to ensure that all invoices are processed and any outstanding RNI balances over 60 days old are researched and resolved.
- Discrepancy Handling: You will be required to research and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to complex problems.
- Query Handling: Excellent customer service is essential in this role, so you will need to provide prompt responses to email requests within 24 hours.
- Urgent Issue Escalation: If urgent or sensitive issues arise, you will be responsible for recognizing and escalating them to the Manager.
- Vendor Reconciliation: You will need to perform vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
- Additional Tasks: As assigned by the Manager, you will complete additional tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.
