Job Description

As a key member of the finance and accounting team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes with a high level of precision and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely payment to vendors, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices in accordance with established procedures
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or JDE
  • Certification in accounting or finance (e.g. CPA)
