Job Opportunity: Travel Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic travel sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to drive sales growth, establish robust relationships with travel vendors, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Development & Onboarding: Identify and engage with reputable group trip vendors across India and abroad. Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with our organization, onboard vendors, and ensure they're set up for success.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service via various channels, including WhatsApp, phone, email, and others. Recommend suitable group trips based on customer preferences, assist with booking processes, and address customer concerns.
  • Sales & Revenue Expansion: Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and featured trips. Analyze conversion funnels and propose improvements to achieve ambitious trip booking and revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-term, high-quality relationships with travel vendors. Gather vendor and customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement and align internal teams on goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in travel sales or B2B partnerships, demonstrating proven skills and results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A self-motivated individual with a passion for travel and a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Excel.
